· 1 person - Individual training

· 2 people - Partner work

· 3 people - rotate two partner work as the third does fitness work

· 4 people - partner work, rotate partner

· 5 people - 3 people rotation and 2 people rotation
- 2 x 2 people rotation and the third does one of the following:
(Pounce-on, time keeper, or safety person)

· 6 people - 2 x 3 people rotation
- 3 x 2 people rotation
- 5 people rotation option 1 + the sixth does one of the following:
(Pounce-on, time keeper, or safety person)

· 7 people - 5 x 2, 3 + 3 + 1, 2 + 2 + 2 + 1, 3 + 4

· 8 people - 4 + 4, 7 + 1, 2 + 2 + 2 + 2, 6 + 2, 3 + 3 + 2

Note: 9 people rotation and above are just a mixture of the others; it all depends on the creativity of the class and the Instructor.
