Self Defence Drills
Running the Gauntlet
A hallway is created with equal amounts of the class on each side. One of the class members will walk slowly through the hallway and as they do they will be attacked with a grabbing attack from one of the others creating the hallway (the person running the gauntlet will be attacked about three times). This drill creates variety to the class within self-defence training, providing the class a more realistic situation. The class works on basic techniques and see if they are able to respond to the surprise attack as they walk through the hallway.Skill Development
