Hapkido

Jujitsu master Takeda Sokaku, also influenced Yong Sul Choi of Korea (1905-1987). Yong Sul Choi moved to Japan and trained with Mr. Takeda for over 30 years. After World War II, Yong Sul Choi returned to Korea with the blessing of Takeda Sokaku, where he created the Korea martial way of Hapkido (the way of power and coordination) in 1945.
