The following list is points on the body, when an application of force / pressure is applied will create movement, inhibt movement, or cause a dysfunction or medical effect.

Please be careful with this information as an application to these points may cause discomfort or injury.

Mikazuki (Bend of Jaw) – Stomach 5

This point is located on the midline of the jaw and has branches of trigeminus and facial nerves. When a struck to this point is delivery, it will cause server pain in the head, a fullness of the chest, dyspnoea (stomach trouble), loss of nervous coordination, disorientation and as well knocking the person out. If hit with a more server blow your opponents’ jaw will dislocate and may cause death.

Matsukaze (Side of the Neck) – Large Intestine 18

This point is located on the posterior boarder of the sterno-cleido-mastoid muscle. A heavy blow to the point could cause permanent damage to the neck and possibly cause the person to loss their voice. Striking to this point could cause the brain to haemorrhage. But due to the baroreceptors sending signals to the brain, it causes the heart to slow, and low blood pressure. Also causing the Arteriolar smooth muscle to increase volume, drawing blood from the head, causing the person to faint. At the same time as striking to this area you will also hit the Vagus nerve that runs beside the Carotid artery. These will momentarily disrupt the control of several inner organs, leading the body into a shudder / fit and in addition urinate.

Hichu (Jugular notch – Larynx) – Conception vessel 22

This point is located at the soft spot in front of the neck. A strike to this point would cause loss of consciousness due to blocking of the windpipe. If struck to hard to this point, it will cause the Tracheal cartilage to be crushed; the result is depth by asphyxiation.

Suigetsu (Solar Plexus) – Conception Vessel 14

This point is located at the bottom of the Sternum. The heart is also located in this area, with the liver and stomach below. There is no protection from the ribs here and a strike will shock the heart, diaphragm, and nerves between the ribs. The result will be pressure on the heart, difficulty breathing and intense pain in the stomach wall. A more server blow may cause bleeding in the stomach, heartbeat to be irregular, unconsciousness and possibly death.

Kassatsu (Between 5th and 6th vertebrae) – Governing vessel 10

This point is found in the space between the 5th and 6th thoracic vertebrae. If struck to this point, it would cause trauma to the spinal cord, aorta, heart and lungs. Loss of sensory and motor function, and the inhibition of breathing. If the blow is a more server, it will fracture the spine and can lead to cerebral trauma.

Kyoei (Sub-axillary bundle)

This point is located inside the armpit. Many blood vessels and nerves pass through this area and intern has no protection from the bone or muscle. If struck will cause a feeling like an electric shock and a temporary loss of motion in the arm. If the strike is more sever, blood vessels and nerves will be damaged and the arm will loss its ability to move. If grabbed forcefully into the armpit area, it will cause the opponent to lose their ability to grip. If cut with a knife it will sever the artery and nerves’ causing permanent paralysis and death within minutes if bleeding is not stopped. It can cause trauma to lungs and surrounding nerves, stoppage of breath circulatory failure.

Ushiro Inazuma (sciatic Nerve) – Bladder 36

This point is located in the midpoint of the gluteal fold. A strike to this point will cause a large shock and cramping effect. It will drop the person if standing and will cause trauma to the nerve, pain to the abdomen and hip region. Loss of motor function and can cause the opponent to be unconscious, due to the shock.

Wanshun (Back of the Upper Arm) – Heart 3

This point is located on the dorsal surface of the upper arm, between the bicep and triceps muscles. Also known as the ulna nerve. A strike to this point will traumatize the nerves and blood vessels numbing the arm, also producing a pain in the chest, neck and loss of motor function. A more sever strike could cause a heart attack, especially if the person has a bad heart or if they are using narcotics.

Kusagakure (Lateral Planter nerve) – Gallbladder 14

This point is located between the 4th and 5th metatarsal (little toe) in the middle. When a strike is delivered to this point, it causes trauma to the nerve and surrounding nerves, leading to the loss of motor function. A more server strike will result in fracturing or dislocating these bones, producing sever pain and partial paralysis of the lower leg.

Kokotsu (Deep Peroneal nerve)

This point is located at the exposed surface of the tibia from a point about seven inches below the knee, all the way down to the ankle. (Also know as the Tibia Anterior nerve) The effect when struck or raked is a sharp pain, which in addition weakens the whole leg, paralyses the muscles, which flex the toes and foot upward. If a more sever blow is delivered to the shin it will cause a fracture to the tibia. This makes it impossible for the opponent to perform foot movements and apply weight when attempting to stand.

Crown Of Head (Tendo) – Governing vessel 20, located at the top point at the centre of the head (soft spot). Fatal striking to this point will create shock waves in the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain, quite distant from the point of contact, upsetting balance, coordination and decreasing reaction time. Struck with an Elbow, axe kick or knee.

Infra Orbital Nerve (Jinchu) – Governing Vessel 27, found below the nose at the junction of the left and right jawbones, also know as the Philtrum or intermaxillary structure. It is also used for low-level resistance for controlling the subject. Careful consideration must be taken when applying this technique to a subject that has a cocaine addiction or has multiple broken noses. A mild strike will cause a split lip, chipped teeth or missing teeth and eye water. A higher degree of force will traumatise the teeth, causing profuse bleeding and possibly breaking the upper teeth and in addition a bursting fracture of the maxilla (upper jaw). With a more serve strike; the cranial nerves will be disrupted creating shock leading the subject into unconsciousness caused from the blood entering into the internal organs from the brain. A high-powered strike can generate a shearing force strong enough to fracture the dens, a small finger of bone, which helps keep the skull in place on top of the vertebral column. Trauma to the brain stem causes instant death. In addition blood may drain into the windpipe and the vocal cords to spasm, closing off the air supply. It is best struck with a small edge weapon such as a knife hand or the knuckles.

Super Scapular Nerve Motor Point – Found at the junction of the trapezius muscles where it connects to the side of the neck. When struck, will cause a paralysis of the arm (numbing or tingling) and an inhibition of the muscles of the neck, and shoulder. It creates a sympathetic response also in the legs causing a knee bend reaction. Struck with a knife hand or hammer fist.

Subclavia nerve – Located directly behind the clavicle in the hollow. Pressure to this point will create a high level of pain resulting in a mental stunning and a motor dysfunction of the arm. Striking to the collarbone will easily fracture or be partially dislocated and when this occurs an obvious dropping of the shoulder. The fractured bone can severe the branchial nerve paralysing part or the entire arm. Extended pressure of this application may result in dizziness, difficulty in breathing and unconsciousness. Struck with a hammer fist or knife hand or applied with a thumb.

Radial Nerve (Soto jakuzawa) Large intestine 11 – Found on the outside of the upper arm just below the elbow. Striking to this point creates a motor dysfunction numbing the arm and hand, losing the ability to grasp the hand into a fist. For revival of the radial nerve, you restrike this point at half power with an open hand or massage it in the direction of the energy flow. Struck with a forearm, hammer fist.

Median nerve (Uchi Shakutaku) Pericardium 6 – This point is located inside the wrist over the medial nerve and between the two tendons. It is about two inches above the fold of the wrist. When struck creates a numbing of the arm and the person may pass out. Trauma to the nerves and artery causes chest and throat pain and loss of motor function and consciousness. In addition there is medium to high intensity of pain, cramping the muscles of the wrist flexors creating a flex – reflex response of the hand. Struck with a forearm, hammer fist, fist or knuckles and best used with a fluid shock wave strike.

Femoral nerve (Yako) – Located on the inner side of the thigh mid way down. Trauma to this nerve will paralyse or greatly weaken the thigh muscles, preventing the use of any coordinated foot techniques by the opponent. The pain created will be sufficient to take the fight from the opponent. A hard kick to this point may result in a fracture of the femur; immediate symptom of this would be loss of function, creating a knee bend reflex, immobilisation and motor dysfunction of the affected leg and a high intensity of pain. Struck with a knee, fist, elbow, front or roundhouse kick

Common peroneal nerve – Located just above the back of the knee on the out side of the thigh, the common peroneal branches off of the sciatic nerve and travels around the outside of the knee, just under the knee cap. When struck a temporary immobilisation and motor dysfunction of the affect leg, and a sympathetic reflex response of the unaffected leg. Struck with a knee, fist, and sidekick.

Tibial nerve (rear) motor point (Kusanagi) Bladder 57 – Master point for striking is located in the belly of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles of the calf. These muscles when struck create a motor and muscular dysfunction of the lower leg creating a sympathetic knee bend to both of the legs. With a more severe strike the muscles are weakened, and can be paralysed, possibility injuring the tibial nerve and fracturing the fibula bone. The muscles support the weight of the body when one stands on one’s toes. The tibial nerve is the lower branch of the sciatic nerve and may affect the abdomen and hip region. Struck with a shin kick, front kick or fist.

Achilles tendon (Akiresuken) –

Located at the rear of the lower leg, it is the largest tendon joining the calf muscles to the heel. When struck with a rack or stomping kick a sprain is the result and a serve application of a heal toe lock will result in a instant rupture of the tendon, causing a high intensity of pain and Immobilising the ankle creating a flex action of the leg. In addition shock can set in, nausea, vomiting and possibility the loss of consciousness are immediate possibilities. Struck with a shin kick and sidekick.
